My Story
For years, I believed my purpose was to take care of everyone else.
Like many women, I wore all the hats. I worked hard, poured into others, and kept pushing forward, even when I felt exhausted, disconnected, and unsure of who I really was beneath all the responsibilities.
Life has a way of inviting us to pause.
For me, those invitations came through difficult seasons that challenged me to slow down, heal, and rediscover myself. They weren't detours, they became the path that led me back to who I was created to be.
As I began my own journey of self-discovery, I found tools that changed everything. I discovered the power of self-love, personal responsibility, faith, spiritual growth, and Human Design. Instead of constantly trying to become someone else, I learned to embrace how God uniquely created me.
That transformation inspired me to become a Certified Master Life Coach.
Today, I help spiritual women who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain reconnect with themselves so they can find clarity, confidence, and the courage to live with purpose.
My coaching isn't about fixing you, because I don't believe you're broken.
It's about creating a safe space where you can quiet the noise, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and discover the gifts that have been within you all along.
Whether we're exploring your Human Design, working through limiting beliefs, strengthening your relationship with God, or creating practical steps toward the life you desire, my goal is simple:
To walk beside you as you become the woman you were always meant to be.
When I'm not coaching, you'll probably find me spending time with my family, tending my garden, enjoying a cup of tea on the patio, or simply soaking in the beauty of nature, places where I feel closest to God and most connected to myself.
